One of our little secrets is that we take a lot of photos.  We don't show our clients all the photos because we get rid of the bad ones.  For example with most of the inexpensive digital cameras there is a delay between the time you press the shutter release and the time the picture is actually taken.  This can result in losing the "kiss the bride" moment and getting a photo of the bride and groom walking away instead.  However if you have one of the more high end cameras you can take several shots per second and that is what you should be doing.  When you get a dozen shots of that first kiss, one of them is bound to be excellent so just delete the others.  Everyone will be impressed with your skills because they never need to know how many bad pictures you deleted just to get a few good ones.
